Sidney Swierenga Ranked #1 in the World!

A Very Exciting Update!

Congratulations to Sidney Swierenga on her seasons accomplishments to date.

Sidney is a gem. She had a solid start with Devo at 13 years old. 3 years ago she attended our TaG Cycling young womans talent ID camp and it was obvious she was special. At 15 she rode for TaG in the 122km Whistler Gran Fondo finishing in 2nd place and tied with the top woman, and leading the womens team to victory.

At 16 she rode the big North American races in the Pro category and took her knocks but also learned to compete at that level. She had a podium and best young rider later in the season in Europe at a Junior Nations Cup, the highest level of racing in the World for junior riders. She continued her progression, and the season wrapped with a 10th in the World Junior ITT shortly after turning 17.

2025 has been a Sidney Storm. 

We combined a schedule of North American racing with TaG and European racing with Watersley R&D Club in Holland

2nd Overall Pro in Redlands Bicycle Classic. (5 stages) Stage Podium & Best Young Rider

2nd Overall Pro In Tour of the Gila. (5 stages) Stage Podium & Best Young Rider

1st Tour du Gévaudan Occitanie femmes France. (2 stages) Stage Win and Overall Win

We have high hopes for our girl at World Championships this year. 

We call her Sid Vicious.. and you can see her focus even in the attachment of her racing at 13 years old. Unwavering and mature beyond her years!
