Katrina is an all-round mountain bike athlete who has focused primarily on downhill and enduro racing, and has been a member of the Canadian National Team at 3 World Championships. In addition to her own racing, riding and training, Katrina is a sought after mountain bike coach and strength trainer. She has a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She coaches and trains recreational, elite and aspiring athletes of all disciplines.
