Can’t handle one more gel, gummy or sweet carb drink and don’t really know when or how to use them anyway? Plan to join holistic nutritionist Andrea McDonald for an informative session on real food strategies to fuel your long rides.In this one-hour session, Andrea will lead us through the key nutrients of performance and when and what to eat and drink before, during and after an endurance ride while keeping it as natural as possible.Participants will also have the opportunity to sample sweet and savory, easy-to-make portable ride food and leave with recipes to torque up your nutrition game this season.
